In early March, Picasso's paintings are purchased for the first time, by Ambroise Vollard. They all come from Pablo's Rose Period. In May, together with Fernande, he takes a trip to Barcelona and G?sol. In the summer, in G?sol, Picasso works a lot with a wood; the influence of Iberian and African art is very noticable.
