In May-June 1946, Picasso creates a series of paintings and lithographs of Fran?oise Gilot, in which she is portrayed as a woman-flower. In summer he visits Nusch and Paul ?luard in Cannes. Then vacations in Menerba with Fran?oise. At the end of July, he visits the ceramics workshop Madoura, where he negotiates cooperation terms with the owners - Suzanne and Georges Rami?. In fall he is trying to use sea urchins, fish and other Mediterranean living creatures in his still lifes. On November 28, Nusch ?luard dies.
