I too have the one you describe. Although there is a letter from frank crowninshield who at the time was the editor of vanity fair. He says it is a reproduction in celebration ofpicassos 50th birthday and it was sent as a Christmas gift. I`m trying to find out more. Have you found anymore? 14 October
